How do I enter?

Please download the relevant Entry Spreadsheet below and complete the details for your teams. Email the spreadsheet to Shaun at Lactic Turkey Events – shaun@lacticturkey.co.nz Payment is preferred prior to the event via a bank transfer or cheque and an invoice can be provided if required. Please pay into our Kiwi Bank account called “Lactic Turkey Events Limited” Account number 38-9005-0018737-00

Once entry and payment is received you will receive a confirmation email.  A final details email will be sent in the week leading up to the event with all the final important information needed for the event.

Download Entry Spreadsheet – Junior Schools Series – Years 5-8 Each school will need to complete a Participant Health form notifying us of any health issues we need to be aware of – you can DOWNLOAD IT HERE Please ensure all team members complete one of the Auckland Council Photographic Release forms which you can DOWNLOAD HERE  Its one per family/household or the principal can sign it is there is a school photos/video Release in place.
