The Riverhead Rampage 21km

Great morning at the Riverhead Rampage today. My first race in so many years and it was awesome fun.

The 21km course was great and I didn’t die! Although as per the heart rate chart – I was red-lining it most of the way!

Funny the progression of the photos – smiling and jumps to the dead man stare concentrating on the fast downhill!

Great too that my daughters Zara did the 10km and Annie-rose the 5km! Go my girls!
